Prashandh Villa

Brief

A two-storey house organised around a double-height living volume, with a mezzanine looking back into it and a stair rising through the space. Deep roof overhangs on raking columns shade the glazing on every elevation.

Approach

Designed and detailed in-house, from the massing through to the joinery. The material palette runs warm and restrained — timber, plaster and stone — with planting brought right up against the glass so every room reads onto green.
