Tranquil Builders was founded on a simple idea: that a home should feel calm the moment you step into it. Over more than fifteen years, that idea has shaped every project we've taken on — from individual villas to full turnkey developments — for clients across Kerala, the rest of India, and NRI families building from abroad.
