Paul’s Creamery

Brief

An ice cream parlour fit-out built around the brand rather than decorated with it. Teal and teak carry the whole room, and the servery, the seating platform and the lettering were designed as one piece of work.

Approach

Joinery in solid light timber throughout — the counter, the raised seating platform and the framed feature wall. A sculpted mascot anchors the centre of the floor, clustered fabric pendants light it, and the hand-lettered wall of cones turns a blank elevation into the reason people photograph the room.
